On Friday, 23 May Dawn Devine, 54, Felpham, Bognor Regis, was charged with causing death by careless driving following her involvement in a fatal road traffic collision at Climping in August last year.
She has been bailed to appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 24 June at 10am.
Robert ‘Jacko’ Giacopazzi, 48, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, suffered fatal injuries after his Yamaha motorcycle was in collision with a Vauxhall Corsa driven by Ms Devine.
