Police are trying to find out what happened to a woman who was admitted to Worthing Hospital on Tuesday evening (8 July) with a serious head injury.
The 48-year-old woman was found collapsed in the Westway area of Lancing at about 9pm by members of the public who then called an ambulance.
The woman is currently still undergoing treatment in hospital.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened to the woman as her recall is currently unclear.
