The 27th annual London to Brighton Mini car rally organised by the London and Surrey Mini owners club took place yesterday 20 May 2012.

Sussex Police believe in the region of 2,000 cars attended.

Our pictures show a number of bonnets were raised, hopefully engines weren’t overheating although a local resident complained that on the way to church in the Old Steine he saw a number of participates racing and overtaking one and another in the 30 mph limit and by a zebra crossing where children were waiting to cross.
