Concerned residents have called on Brighton & Hove City Council to act after new damming report on Government healthcare waste.
The Health and Social Care Act 2012 became law on 1 April 2013 making Councils responsible for public health.
John Kapp is addressing the full Council meeting today (18/7/13) requesting urgent funding for a revolutionary new project, which if successful, would free hospital beds and doctors’ time.
His company, SECTCo Ltd, is promoting a new eight week course offering a drug free, cost effective approach to aiding the cure of many ailments.
It is based on the concept of ‘Mindfulness‘ which was highlighted by Dr Michael Moseley’s TV series ‘‘The Truth About Personality” shown on BBC 2’s Horizon on 10 July.
