Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a fall from his cycle in Rudgwick.

At about 1.10pm on Saturday (31 May), the man in his seventies from Wallington in Surrey was cycling with three friends in Church Street, Rudgwick, when he fell from his cycle and sustained a serious head injury.
Despite first aid from passers-by and attendance by paramedics, he sadly died at the scene.
Sergeant Huw Watts of the Sussex Road Policing Unit said;
“There is nothing to suggest that any other vehicle was involved, but we would still like to hear from anyone who saw what happened and who has not already spoken to us.
