Prompt Arrest Made In Hailsham Post Office Robbery

Two men have been charged with a robbery at an East Sussex sub-post office.


 Christopher Bullen, 27, of Malthouse Way, Hellingly, and Simon Gill, 39, of Bourne Street, Eastbourne, are due to appear at Brighton Magistrates Court on Thursday (29 May).
 
They are charged with the robbery which took place just after 10am on Saturday 24 May when two men entered the post office and store at North Street, Lower Horsebridge, near Hailsham, threatened the member of post office counter staff with a knife, and stole several thousand pounds cash from a safe behind the counter.
 
Both are also charged with unlawful possession of a sheath knife, and Bullen is also charged with stealing a car.

    Even gone to trial as the Police acted in heist an wrongfully arrested and charged me
