Spring is here……!
A Camilla bush in the garden in full springtime flower looks pretty from a distance but is actually a hive of activity if we look closer….
Each flower head is beautifully formed and waiting to be harvested….
A bee flies in ready to land…..
Take off from the flower carrying pollen to make honey…..
Bees don’t just collect from one type of plant. Below it is eyeing up some Crocuses…..
Landed and to work……….
Not all pollen gathers are bees. If we look at the Violets on this patio we can spy another insect hard at work…
Looking closer a butterfly can be observed checking out a flower…..
It decides to take off and have a look around the garden…………….
Coming into land…..
